Volunteer Administrative Officer

Ms. Lea Ross is the administrative officer for the Open Security Exchange. The Administrative Officer shall record and maintain copies of the minutes of all meetings of the Executive Director and general membership; prepare copies of the minutes for distribution prior to or at meetings; maintain a record of attendance at all meetings of the association; maintain all official records of the organization including the Constitution , Operational Procedures and Membership Registry and ensure that appropriate revisions are processed; maintain a current list of contact numbers and addresses of Executive Director, members and committee members. ron@theose.org

Volunteer Director of Research and Technology

Ms. Lisa Palma is director of Research and Technology for Open Security Exchange (OSE). In this capacity she monitors emerging technologies and evaluates their impact on the industry. She also devises and executes strategies to achieve OSE objectives in a range of areas including technical regulations, market-driven standards and new technology assessment, development and deployment. Ms. Grace Eyiba, CISSP, CIPP/G, is the Director of Cyber-Security and Privacy for the Open Security Exchange.
