Open Security Exchange Appoints Advisor
Piscataway, NJ – 12 December 2006 –The Open Security Exchange today appointed Shayne P. Bates, CPP, CISM, CHS-V, of Koffel Associates, Inc. as a business Advisor to the Open Security Exchange (OSE).
OSE Chairman Gary Klinefelter said "The OSE is at the crossroads of many important opportunities to provide an information resource to organizations considering physical and logical security convergence. The appointment of Shayne Bates will assist our strategic thinking and his international experience building partnerships across the spectrum of Information technology and security communities will be helpful to us."
Bates says "OSE has now evolved a "Convergence Roadmap" into a tangible deliverable which educates those considering security convergence initiatives. The Roadmap defines the various components and there are many opportunities for input from individuals and groups with an interest in security convergence to embellish and further validate the knowledge base as OSE goes forward."
