Open Security Exchange Appoints Advisor

Piscataway, NJ – 12 December 2006 –The Open Security Exchange today appointed Shayne P. Bates, CPP, CISM, CHS-V, of Koffel Associates, Inc. as a business Advisor to the Open Security Exchange (OSE).

OSE Chairman Gary Klinefelter said "The OSE is at the crossroads of many important opportunities to provide an information resource to organizations considering physical and logical security convergence.
